WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, a centrist Democrat and champion of liberal causes who was elected to the Senate in 1992 and broke gender barriers throughout her long career in local and national politics, has died. She was 90.Feinstein died on Thursday night at her home in Washington, D.C., her office said on Friday. Tributes poured in all day. Presbyterian Homes and Services, a faith-based nonprofit organization based in St. Paul, has purchased the Wellington, a 105-unit senior living complex in Highland Park, and repositioned it in three key ways. Rents will drop, employees will live onsite and the site will no longer offer assisted living services.“Everybody’s rents will be lowered, but to what amount is not being released,” said Cindy Ray, a spokesperson for Presbyterian Homes.The changes mean some 30 to 40 assisted living residents will be forced to relocate from the Wellington, which will be composed exclusively of independent senior living apartments for residents ages 55 and over. Jacob Klein is accused of killing Philip Rabadi in April 2022, months after Rabadi married Klein's former girlfriend. Klein is representing himself in court, and investigators have been detailing the timeline of Klein's arrest and evidence that was collected.On Friday, the jury heard from Dr. Bernard Ng, the pathologist who conducted the autopsy on Rabadi. Dr. Ng testified that there was very deep shock force injury to the neck. He detailed several deep cuts around the neck area near major blood vessels. The jury also saw pictures of the injuries. COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Police Department has arrested a Cohoes man following an investigation into a tractor-trailer theft in February. Cole D. According to the police, investigators were able to identify Vincent with DNA left behind. The stolen trailer was eventually recovered in the Town of Ballston.Vincent was apprehended in Saratoga County on Thursday.
