(NEWS10) - A boil water advisory was issued in July of last year after the health department found high levels of bacteria in the raw source of water at a Cobleskill mobile home park. Suspect murdered on his way to court hearing that cleared him ST. LOUIS - An alleged violent suspect was murdered on Thursday, the same day a judge cleared him of a violent crime.Levi Henning, 21, faced a 2018 robbery charge that had just been wiped clean when Henning’s attorney, W. David Mueller, learned of the murder.“(My client) was on his way to court to appear, and he was murdered outside of his own home," Mueller said.He said he had just secured a judge’s order clearing his client.“This should have been one of the most joyous days of his life,” Mueller said. “…and he never got to experience it. He was two hours from freedom.”Henning was shot to death around 8:20 a.m. Thursday. The Homicide Division of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department was on the scene. Heman Park Pool reopens after massive damage in last year's historic floods UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. - Some University City residents have been anxiously awaiting the reopening of Heman Park Pool. The wait will end on Saturday. The pool has remained closed since July 2022 following historic flash flooding that caused significant damage. Final inspections took place on Friday. The pool will reopen at noon on Saturday, June 24. LOUIS - As summer begins to pick up, crime is not far behind. This past weekend, 11 teens were shot in downtown St. Louis near Washington Avenue and 14th St., killing one. The shooting happened early morning, prompting a quick reaction from the city to extend weekend youth program hours.  "Talk to any mayors across the country; one of the things is that reducing crime is the investment that they are making in their young people," said St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones. Man accused of stabbing bus driver in Venice identified The suspect who was arrested for allegedly stabbing a bus driver in Venice was identified on Friday.Los Angeles police arrested Mark Charbonneaux, 60, for assault with a deadly weapon following the Thursday stabbing.Officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street at around 2:05 p.m.  Police discovered the MTA bus driver had parked and exited the bus to inspect the vehicle's exterior part. That’s when the Charbonneaux suddenly approached the driver and stabbed him in the back without provocation, said LAPD.Arriving officers located the suspect at the scene and took him into custody. The bus driver was transported to the hospital and remained in stable condition on Friday night.Charbonneaux was treated at the hospital for injuries unrelated to the stabbing or his arrest, police said.
